Rates -

• Calvert County  - $45
• Anne Arundel, PG, Mont, Charles, St. Mary's, Baltimore City & Cnty and lower Howard counties - $60 
• Outside these areas, we charge for mileage, based on distance from zip code 20639 
• District of Columbia  - $60 
• Service in Virginia, call for rates, dependant upon distance, Northern VA - $70
• Distance outside basic areas above charged at .50 per mile roundtrip from 20639 
• (Wrong or old address supplied) Defendant located and served at different location - Additional $20 to area defendant is served in.
• Serve additional person same address - $20 for second person.
• Out of State Service through network of process servers - Client pays actual fee charged to Castles Agencies, plus $10 admin fee.
• Same Day or rush service of process or delivery of Court Filings - $85
• Posting and Mailing - Stated fee for service area and an additional $10 for certified mailing.
• All serves receive affidavit of service. Evasion of service generated when appropriate.  Service will be  attempted morning, noon and night until served.
• Minimum of 5 good-faith attempts, multiple times and days are made on all files received.
